ANNOUNCEMENT
MERGER OF DGF SUMMER BASEBALL CLUBS

We are pleased to announce the merging of the DGF Legion Baseball Club and the DGF Athletic Club into one focused non-profit organization, effective immediately.
At a joint meeting on Tuesday, September 13, 2023, board officers unanimously agreed upon and voted to become one organization. The DGF Legion Baseball Club and the DGF Athletic Club will be known as the “DGF Baseball Club”.
This DGF Baseball Club will be the governing 501(c)3 entity sponsoring DGF American Legion Post 397 (ages 16-18), Babe Ruth Baseball (ages 13-15) and Cal Ripken Baseball (ages 9-12) for students in the communities of (DGF) Dilworth, Glyndon and Felton.
The DGF Baseball Club will now be able to streamline efforts creating a better experience for our DGF families with students in summer baseball. We are excited to have a single message as we present our summer offerings, off-season opportunities, fundraising events, corporate partnerships and consistency in philosophies and goals of the program.
These next few months will consist of planning meetings for the upcoming 2024 Summer Baseball season while working on necessary business merger tasks, board elections, and committee assignments as we bring two entities together into one organization.

DGF Athletic Club
Welcome to the DGF Athletic Club.
The club is the result of conversations that a few parents started to have late in 2014. We believe there is a need for overall athletic performance and training for our athletes.
Our vision will be to help develop and enhance skills of multiple sports.
Our aim is not to replace existing programs within the Dilworth, Glyndon and Felton communities, but to supplement and support those existing offerings for individuals interested in club programs.
We'd like to thank all of our parents/players/family and Fans who have been with us thus far, and are very excited about the 2023 season!
