COVID-19 Update

Thank you all for your patience - this has been a time of uncertainty, and quick changes that have challenged us.

As of today, May 28th - we are still intending to have a season.  We are very optimistic that we will start that season on June 15th and participate in the same league we have been in the last 2 years.

We are aware they are starting next week, as North Dakota has allowed practice, and is allowing games.  Moorhead and DGF are unable to start at the same time - and until we get clearance from the Governor's office / Minnesota Department of Health.

We will bring updates as quickly as we have them.

Safety Plans and precautions

As we prepare to return to play, there are safety guidelines that we will need to follow from a state level, and a league level.  We have included those below

2020 Cal Ripken Age Chart

It's a bit of a sad day for us - as there are no teams playing ball today for the first time since early May. But when we look back at the summer, we would be remiss if we didn't thank the multitude of folks who make this program both possible and successful.

Thank you to our coaches! Without you giving so much of your time, none of this is possible.
Thank you to all of the players for representing themselves, their community, and our program so well (seriously - this is much bigger than you know - 3 straight years we've had the league reach out to us thanking us for the way our coaches/players/fans conduct themselves!!)
Thank you parents (and grandparents, aunts, uncles, neighbors, siblings, and more) for choosing to put your trust in our program, for getting them to practices, and games, and finding new and creative ways to get grass and agrilime stains out of those white pants!
Look for a quick survey in the next couple of weeks, as we want to hear your feedback on a range of subjects. We welcome (and really need) your feedback to continually improve the program where we can!
We look forward to cranking this up again in December, but first - we'll probably turn this account over to Jared and Brad for the next week as they head out to the Cal Ripken World Series with the 12u travelers. Best of luck to those boys - and many thanks for all the individuals, organizations, and businesses who have generously donated towards that effort.
Thanks again!!

DGF Athletic Club

Welcome to the DGF Athletic Club.

The club is the result of conversations that a few parents started to have late in 2014. We believe there is a need for overall athletic performance and training for our athletes.

Our vision will be to help develop and enhance skills of multiple sports.

Our aim is not to replace existing programs within the Dilworth, Glyndon and Felton communities, but to supplement and support those existing offerings for individuals interested in club programs.

We'd like to thank all of our parents/players/family and Fans who have been with us thus far, and are very excited about the 2019 season

For 2019 we will again be fielding teams in the Fargo/Moorhead Youth Baseball league, aiming for 2 teams at the 9, 10, 11, and 12u level.  We look forward to seeing you all at our registration/information meetings on February 10th!
